We strive to provide the best service for our customers. Nevertheless, if you are not satisfied with our service, we would love to hear from you. Your feedback will enable us to further improve our services.
File a Complaint
There are two ways to report your complaint to us:
- Via the live chat (bottom right corner of your screen)
- By email via [email protected]
Handling
- You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your complaint within 24 hours
- We aim to deal with your complaint in substance within 14 working days.
- If the processing takes more time, we will inform you about this in time with an explanation and a new period
